Q: Do you offer local pick up?

A: We currently offer local pick-up at our warehouse on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s between 11 am and 4pm. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship Canada Wide using Canada Post.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders will be fulfilled within 5 – 7 Business days (excluding holidays). Tracking will be sent as soon as your item ships.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We pride ourselves in sourcing our products from all over the world. It is important that we keep our offerings diverse. Have a look through our Shoppe X Artisans section to find our local collaborations!

Q: Is your packaging sustainable?

A: We do our best to use as many recyclable and reusable materials as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: At Shoppe Refined we do our best to carefully inspect items and safely package them for transit. Defects and damages do happen and are an unfortunate inconvenience. Each case is subject to inspection and approval. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us at support@shopperefined.com within 48 hours of receipt to start the process. Please note that items are available for exchange only, if stock permits, otherwise an in-store credit will be issued. Please note that unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Please contact us at orders@shopperefined.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Dispatched orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: An email will be sent notifying you when your order has been shipped. Tracking will be included.
