Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at orders@shopperefined.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Dispatched orders are not eligible for cancellation. 

Returns Policy

At Shoppe Refined we do our best to carefully inspect items and safely package them for transit. Defects and damages do happen and are an unfortunate inconvenience. Each case is subject to inspection and approval. If you received a damaged or defective item please contact us at support@shopperefined.com within 48 hours of receipt to start the process. Please note that items are available for exchange only, if stock permits, otherwise an in-store credit will be issued. Please note that unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
